   Candle holders, tea-lights or stick candles will fit. Maybe skinny votives too.

   There are a lot of different ways to do this. Tissue paper and glue, paint and stencils/freehand, glitter and glue, ribbon, small pebbles, etc. You can add add 20 gauge wire around the tops to make handles. It can be found in the floral section of Wal-Mart.

   You can also make mini "lava lamps with water, vege oil, and food coloring.[wpp limit_page="2"]
