Make christmas cards for daddy/ grandparents etc

make snowmen by sticking cotton wool to paper, use felt/ coloured paper for hat/ scarf nose etc

paper chains- strips of coloured paper, make into interlocking circles to make a chain

cross stitch/ embroidery of christmas-related stuff (depends on kids ages)

knit scarf for presents 9depends on kids ages)

make presents eg make/ decorate photo frames,

make tree decorations eg pictures/ glittery baubles/ an angel for the top of the tree

make/ decorate a felt stocking/ bags (can use as decorations or gift bags)

Christmas models out of modelling clay

I presume you'll be using glass jars for the snow globe. Add velvet ribbon round the rim of the cover. Velvet gives a rich and elegant look. Add some blings, charms, swarovski cyrstal beads around the ribbon. Simple and elegant.

In my opinion, there is really no such thing as the "value" of something. I think of things in terms of "what are most people actually willing to pay right now?" As an Ebay seller I often see people asking an outrageous amount of money for a doll or plush animal that regularly sells for very little....and it usually never actually sells for the high price. It's generally supply and demand, and even that changes over time. I have seen prices soar for certain things, and have seen them go rock bottom, too.
But, that being said, I would think you got a great deal buying the 3 Disney ducks for only $5 (their original store price was $6 each if I remember correctly). I have seen the set sell for a bit higher (maybe $18, give or take a little), but never for an outrageous price (I think someone would have to be desperate to pay over $40 for them, but stranger things have happened!)
The Pooh bear I don't know enough about to give an informed opinion, but an educated guess would be that you got it for a reasonable price. It's hard to tell because usually they show up more for sale around the holidays and that's when they sell at a higher price. It's also easier to find them available for price comparison around the holidays. If it was a series that people collect and IF that is the more rare one from the series, it could be "worth" much more. It just depends who is looking for it and when.
My bottom line....if they mean something special to you....they are priceless! :)

I have the book but haven't made anything out of it yet. I think the snowmen would be the easiest one of what you chose.

I personally think the popcorn, spaghetti and meatballs, and turkey legs are the cutest things ever!
